Headache?....or a harmless automatic calculation? (by KC):

The vast majority of timeshares on Planet Earth are owned and/or rented in increments of one week, usually Saturday to Saturday (occasionally Friday to Friday). The "nightly rate" automatically calculated by RedWeek for rental ads merely reflects 1/7 of the advertisers' weekly rental rate, thereby providing a point of comparison for a "shopper" to employ against other ads, here or elsewhere, or to compare figures with resort rental rates or nightly hotel or cottage rates. That automatic computation by RedWeek may be unnecessary (except to the truly "mathematics challenged"), but it is certainly not in any way harmful or objectionable. I don't see any problem or issue of any substance here, nor can I comprehend the basis for your apparent objection. ===============================================

Countless disputes??? C'mon now.... You may be hearing from people who have no idea how timeshare ownerships or rentals work. If hearing from clueless prospects looking for partial week rentals somehow upsets you, you might consider overtly and clearly stating within each one of your ads that you are offering "whole week rentals ONLY; no partial week rentals or any date changes are available". It would not cost you anything to make this clarification, and doing so might help alleviate some of your apparent angst with inquiring renters. Just a suggestion, to adopt or ignore as you may see fit...
