Headache Caused by REDWEEK (by Phil L.):

First of all most owners that go through all this paying fee's to Redweek to list are not looking for one or two night stays, get a hotel room if that is what you want.

If I was to rent to someone for couple nights I then would be charged by my resort for mid week full cleaning. If then I rented another part of my week I again would be charged a full cleaning fee.

If I rent by the week there is no cleaning fee so the break down of 1/7 is way off!

There are people that are on on these sites like (tony84) who claims to own many units and will rent by night or week and this is stated in his ads. This is the type ads that people wanting couple nights should be contacting.

I love the people that try and rent around just the holiday like our Fourth of July week did. We had three people try for July 3-5th and then what to do with other four days,try and rent and pay cleaning fee's or use it. What a hassle for a small amount of money.

No thank you but we will use and enjoy the whole week!

If you want to go just for the holiday nights there are motels and hotels you can rent by the night.

A owner running a ad for a week at their resort shouldn't need to state by the week only because this is obvious.
