You're speaking of postcard companies that take a timeshare off an owner's hands for a fee of $3000+ and then turn around and sell it on Ebay for $1.00 (very good deal for the consumer). There are many people that have bought from this system via Ebay .... just make sure all the paperwork is in order and everything is correct in the contract.
