I have been an owner since 2014 and have been following the progress of the Manhattan Club lawsuit. Today I received a check from the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York. The explanation: “ On behalf of the New York State Office of the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York is pleased to enclose your share of the final restitution payment from the settlement with the Manhattan Club and its principals..” The check is in the amount if $81.00. Anyone else get this? And is this ridiculous amount now the end of the lawsuit?
