Richard, since you are planning to be there in September, would you please let all of us know how it goes.

If the facility really is that nice, then RCI should be planning a new review and hopefully that will qualify for a return to Gold Status. Perhaps, if Richard's report is encouraging, we can all call RCI and ask for that review. That would improve the value of the property and any resale any of us may be contemplating.

One of the problems of having an open chat line like this is that our negative public comments contribute to the reduced value of our properties. Hopefully, we'll hear something more positive shortly.

Our next visit there will be around New Year's. Anyone else going soon or has been there lately?

We will be happy to give a report and yes it would be good if we all callRCI, but why do they not do it on their own? We like our timeshare for it is very nice and in a great place for vacatoning, but we have not used it in 4 years and this will probably be our last time. As we get older we do not travel except to see our many chidlren and grandchildren and now great grands. So if anyone knows of someone who would like ours we will take any offer into considertion.
