I don't know that much about Marriotts except what I've read on the different timeshare forums, but the Marriott brand name is popular, considering the time slot owned and the location. Also, for many of their resorts they exercise ROFR (right of first refusal) if they think it's being sold too low by owners.

If you just signed on with Redweek and placed your ad here recently, it will take some time .... you have to be patient. The way I sold all of our timeshares was to lower the price if I didn't receive any interest (emails) within 2-3 months.
Also, if you still owe a mortgage on your timeshare it will be almost impossible to sell.
