I also have a fully paid Villa Del Arco membership in Cabo San Lucas. There are 48 years left on the contract. I want out since the maintenance fees are 5900/yr for 11,800 points. What is the recommended solution? When I call their office in Las Vegas, I am told there is no cancellation until I finish paying my quarterly maintaineace fee. Last payment due 8/31/26 then a new year starts 10/1/26
