Didn't you purchase weeks from a developer? What part does RM play in your scenario? RM is only supposed to rent your weeks for you. If you paid them that much, I would work on the charge company to reverse the charges if it isn't too late. Did you use AMEX for any part of the sale? They always go to bat for the customer. As a matter of fact, anyone in this forum should first twist the arm of the charge company if it is within 60 days or so. For me, it was too late when I got wise- that was 3 years ago.
