Yes, but make sure to read thoroughly about it. Once they find a renter, you pay approx $300 to cover their costs (obviously they can't do this for free) and I believe you also pay the maintenance fee. So, you're not getting any where near the amount you were promised with the bogus marketing groups, but you will get something at least.

I did get a response from Florida's attorney general with some helpful websites.
