thanks but at my resort, there is no 3b/b available for this week. moreover, mine is floating, so the guest can check in any time/day. i know there are many TS but very few for week 52 that are floating. near about oct, nov, shouldnt the rental demand go up for this unit and hence increase in price. let me have your views. i am targetting $60 per person per night - thats not overpriced for a luxury resort. Is it?
