Reading your last two post is hard because you seem to be all over the place.
First you are asking for average rental price for week 52 and now your stressing you own a floating week which means nothing.
Floating week only means you pick your week from time span of the year you bought into and this could be all year or prime or swing.
If you have week 52 then it being a floating week means nothing to anyone else.
As far as a average rent all you can do is compare other's pricing to get a idea. Things are not good now and timeshare renting not easy and not much profit in renting most units if you even find a renter.
