I've never heard of a timeshare rental that charged per person, unless it was in Mexico at a all inclusive resort.
You should set a determined price that you think is fair for the timeshare week you have for rent. You have to remember that economic times are tough and many people are just not travelling until this mess is over.
Price your timeshare week 52 accordingly.
