By-laws state that BOD may take any reasonable action to collect the fees. Many timeshares in our area deny use of the week even after the fee has finally been collected. (Again, some of that money goes to attys as well to pay for a tremendous number of staff hours needed to re-bill, co-ordinate with collection atty, etc.) Allowing full privileges developes a class of owners that drag the fees out for months year after year after year.
