Hi have seen all the above posts, we signed up to have our property rented through GRM, and after 9 months we still have had no offers, despite follwing the rules and complaining to the manager we have not only lost our £765 but also a week of our timeshare as it expired before it could be used.

This company does NOT rent your property they only market the resort, all they do is put a 2 line listing of your unit on their website. I would be interested to know if anyone has had any sucess with them??. My advice now having lost our money is dont believe the hype!!.
