I would like to understand does the rental agreement include some coverage for damage done by the renter to the timeshare property? This coverage could be implemented in a number of ways such as : damage insurance, an up front credit card charged for some amount of money to cover any damages that have occurred and the credit card charge would be fully refunded if no damage occurs. Does your rental process/agreement cover this issue? If it does, could you provide me with how you do this coverage and if you do not, can it be added to the process when a person wishes to rent the property.
