Yes, you should. I purchased at Westgate Smokey Mountain Resort from private owners that had posted thier units for sale, here on Redweek. The transaction went smoothly & we have been using our week's for two years and saved a lot of money. It's much cheaper to buy from open market, then from the developer. Hopes this helps Good Luck
