You' re welcome. Maintenance fee bill Issuance dates vary considerably from resort to resort and ownership to ownership. Many (maybe most) resorts deny unit access to an owner who has not yet paid the maintenance fee bill for a particular "usage year". So, for people who own fixed weeks in January and February, for example, the maintenance fee bills obviously need to be sent out well before the start of each new calendar year, so that they can be received and paid before the "usage week" arrives early in the next new year. For ownerships of weeks in September or October (or later), it's obviously not as critical that mf bills go out and get paid before the end of the preceding year.
