I agree that the sales office as their first priority should be to sell their existing inventory but leaving their owners high and dry is not a good idea either. Smart buyers know that, for everything they buy, someday it must be sold. And the ability to sell it for a good price says a lot about the property itself. Life events happen which would necessitate a owner needing to put thier fractional up for sale. In my opinion Monte Cristo would be much better off taking better care of thier owners by personally assiting in resale. This would probably attract more buyers.
