Senior Copel-Kelly is making a big mistake by waiting so long (if ever) to put the golf course in. The standard practice is for a developer to put the golf course in first and then sell the lots/house along and around it. A golf course done right is a big selling feature and much more so if people can see an actual course versus a artist's rendering or a just a written promise (in my case). I know my villa would be much more rentable if there was a golf course.
