Hi, we bought 1 week and 1 VF week at Sea Garden and we are really confused how to go about renting them out. We got an invoice from Grand Mayan with $413.76 maintenance fee payable upon reservation. I wonder if that applies to both weeks or if it is per week. Also, does it apply regardless if we use the week or if we rent it out?

So, let's say we list this week(s) on redweek and we get a response, how do we proceed? Do we call Mayan, make the reservation, them wait for the money and confirm? The process is not clear at all, so if someone could shed some light I will appreciate it!
