Marty, Thank you for the information. However, my frustration began when I spent over one hour researching redweek.com to locate a unit for my family. It was not until after I spent that time was I notified I must pay in order to view the contact info. I understand your refund policy and appreciate it, but again, who wants to go through another form for a refund and spend more time online away from their family? I'm not asking for redweek to change their charging policy as I know it won't happen. However, a big sign that indicates a charge before contact information can be viewed would be helpful. Thanks for your response though.
