Re: Omega Marketing Solutions any one had dealings with them? (by Gina H.):

What I signed was one piece of paper that has my personal info, all the info about my timeshare and a list of their terms and agreements, which now that I read it is very vague and defensive. They were very careful in how they worded these terms out. The words made sure it had nothing definite or concrete that will guarantee a sale. But it does say that and I quote "Omega Marketing Solutions, LLC will not refund my advertising fee "UNLESS" ( this the the key word) my timeshare or Campground is sold by another company at the listed price and proof of such purchase is provided to Omega Marketing Solutions, LLC. No refunds unless proof of sale is provided". So that's how they can keep the money because they will make sure that the timeshare will not sale. Therefore, you cannot get a refund. It also says that Omega Marketing will advertise the property for 3 months and "assumes" that it will rent or sale within 90 days. I should have read through this craziness very carefullly, there are so many holes and red flags. I guess just like everyone else in my financial situation, I saw a light at the end of the tunnel and they took advantage of it. Unfortunately, I did sign the agreement for the $1999.00 but nothing more. They are still trying to rob money out of my accounts. THAT'S FRAUD!!
