Did it clear the bank successfully? I am also waiting for payment! Was it through "VacationHomesOnly"? Did yoiu have to remind them at all regarding promtness of payment? Just curious! I would like to list our rental "as rented", but until full payment is recieved, I am still entertaining other parties for renting it.
