Hello, I noticed that some timeshare owners are attempting to resale a timeshare for a fraction of the price as others on the site with same sizes are offering much more. If someone is selling their timeshare for $300.00, does it mean that the timeshare is fully paid for by the seller? Or would the potential buyer have to pay a balance along with the $300.00 asking price?
