Send Cancellation/Revocation letter to the addresses indicated in your contract via certified mail return receipt requested. That is what it said in my contract. There is a time limit on cancellation and revocation. Act quickly. You might also fax copies to everyone that you dealt with (the nice folks who gave you their business cards). Good luck!
