I'm going to contact him also. He may get it out their also. Don't forget to put in your letter about the lies they tell people to get them to react faster. I was told that there were already 2 or 3 buyers who had put a down payment for a sale on my timeshare and they were waiting for me to finish paying the fee so that they can go through with it. All lies! After being contacted by the BBB, I received a call from Chris Brooks, he was angry of course. I asked him if their were really any buyers for my timeshare at this moment and he told me NO, "But we are trying really hard to sell your timeshare" is what he said. Whatever!! I just want my money back and for this to be over. I have not yet been able to get back on my feet financially since this happened, but I'm praying and working on it.
