I found a listing on redweek for a unit in Cabo and emailed the person about it. His ad said he has MANY other weeks at many resorts in Cabo, and he replied. In his original ad, it says the closing must go through a certain website which charges $350. In the signature of his email was the address if his company Vacation Equity.........on the website for the transfer of ownership, guess who's address was there?

Seems fishy to me, not to mention he wanted to sell me a luxury suite at Casa Dorada for $2500 annual usage which is no where to be found for that price anywhere on the net.
