Sunterra is now Diamond Resorts and they will not take it back. Actually the resort itself will not take it back. I have explored the option of giving it to give it to a charity. They dont want it because there is a perpetual maintenance fee. I just want to give it away because we cannot travel anymore. It is a lovely unit in Greensprings Plantation, Williamsburg, VA overlooking the golf course. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath...lock off unit. Can sleep 12 or 6 on each side. Can use one side and rent out the other! Or get another couple to split the maintenance fee and share the place.
