I purchased the time share and financed it with Shell for 70k, and paid off the 60k loan balance. I had a dispute with Shell regarding an overpayment of the loan, and they failed to return about $300.00. I attempted to donate the time share, and sell it to no avail. Shell took the time share back due to my nonpayment of $4,900 in maintenance fees for 2008. I requested a copy of the foreclosure statement in 12/08 and have not yet rec'd it. Shell confirmed the foreclosure.
