Getting rid of a time share. (by Judy B.):

This is an absolute scam. I am estate planner in Tn. One of my 82 yr. old clients got pressured into this scam. He contacted me once the contract arrived by mail. I read over it for him and told him not to sign. He did not. However, since this group managed to get his credit card number, they charged his card to the tune of 4200. They said that since he had made an agreement on a recorded line, he was contractually bound. This is not true. Contracts are bound only by signature. We are currently working with the credit card company to dispute his charge. This company is bad news and preys on people who may not clearly understand that they will benefit in no way by this transaction. Beware!
