Congrats on your success for getting your money back. As you found out there are real estate companies that will sell timeshares and take a commission after the sale. These commissions can be large (15%-20%) and sometimes have a minimum. One company I knew of had a $1500 minimum.

Without releasing the name of the RE company, can you tell us what their commission rates are? Thanks
