We are interested in buying a week in Florida, during our kids winter break, and want something on the beach. we used to live in Florida year round, and learned a few things about it, #1, you cannot swim year round in Florida if you live in Tampa or north, #2, I hate the summers there (but LOVED and miss the winters!)

Sooo, I am looking for a timeshare ON THE BEACH, far enough south that winter is warm . We do not golf, have no interest in it at all so that is not a consideration. Nice, warm, beachfront. I am not sure where to start, so I would love to hear where YOU own/stay, and the pros and cons about the places.
