You might get in touch with Profeco, the consumer advocate agency in Mexico. They have helped many people who have been lied to and defrauded concerning timeshares in Mexico ..... you can 'search forums' for Profeco to find how you can get in touch with them. Good luck.
BTW, it's Mexican law that you have five days to rescind. If they refused to honor your rescission, then that's against the law and you certainly have grounds to get your money back ..... Profeco will help you.
