To my fellow disgruntled owners, This past thursday I sat down with a lawyer for 1hr( which was quite pricey I might add) and went over our options with this refurbishment and sadly it cost $175.00 to find out that there are really none. Which I guess we all knew anyways. Bottom line was that we elect our board and they have our best interests at heart (oh REALLY!!!!!!!) as well as our vote to do anything they want. So next time they run you can vote them out for I am almost all done with this place. I have decided I will let them foreclose on my unit and be done with it. Good Luck to you all!!!!!
