Does anybody have any experience with the "holiday_resales" company, purchasing a time share resale? Thanks in advance.

Holiday is a long established company for timeshare resales. On a number of different occasions, I have inquired into some of their advertised listings as a sincere, prospective buyer. More often than not, my specific questioning about details of the listing has revealed substantial factual errors and / or inaccuracies in the Holiday listing I was inquiring about. Even once revealed and confirmed, those errors seemed to remain in the Holiday ads at issue, with no apparent or visible subsequent effort by Holiday to correct their mistakes.

I certainly am NOT stating (or in any way even remotely suggesting or implying) that Holiday is deliberately or willfully dishonest. However, I AM overtly stating without a moment of hesitation that, in my own direct, personal experience with Holiday, they have repeatedly been inattentive to the accuracy of factual details in their listings. In short, if you see a Holiday listing that you are interested in, be certain to call and ask lots of very clear and very specific questions and verify, verify, verify every single detail, in order to make certain that what you THINK you are buying is indeed reflected EXACTLY in the exisitng deeds and other documents relating to the current (and future) ownership.

Holiday closing fees are also a bit steep when compared to other independent closing companies, but that is of much less concern than inaccurate descriptions, facts and details in their resale listings.

Just my own experience. Your mileage may vary...
