ICare Timeshare called again this morning to find out if they could pursue the 2 offers (about $20K @) for my timeshare. I said yes go ahead. Then he said what's the Credit Card number to charge the $900 fee. I replied, "I will not pay a penny in advance. If you have 2 offers, then confirm the buyer's loan is approved and setup a closing in person and I have a deal for you: I'll pay you 3 times what you are asking for". He started yelling, "That's not the way it works. Do you want to sell your..." Click, I hanged up. It's a ripoff... Beware...
