That's why I bought the top floor corner oceanfront for weeks 51 and 52, and paid more for them.....I am dishearted with how this resort is turning into a "discount resort". So many units for rent it's ridiculous and each year the prices seem to be going down.......I have consistently rented my 51 and 52 weeks for $7500 each (2005,2006,2007,2008,2009) but I fear 2010 will be quite different. Too many units, too many owners, too many rentals.....plus, it is increasingly more difficult to convince would-be renters how important the upper floor front views are! And, how they have to pay more for them! Hey....just a little rant.
