One other aspect which turned me off to the "full service" option was that they required "exclusive" selling rights, meaning that if I found my own buyer during the period when they had the listing, I'd STILL have to pay them a commission anyhow, even though they would have had nothing at all to do with me finding my own buyer. No thanks...
