I don't know about you guys, but I am very disappointed in the management of our units and cost is going way up this year. I don't how many of you got the Owners Association bill yet, but oh my god! It went up $500.00 over last year. And yes, I read the detail and it made since! The taxes are the big issue and I wonder if other resorts are having the same issue. It just seems like when a county gets into trouble because they aren't getting the revenue, the answer is to raise taxes. I wonder what other action we as owners could take to stop this! Just call me frustrated in "California"...
