I challenge "harryt26" to post the County, book and page of the recorded deed for this (alleged) "sale". That information is a matter of public record; seller / owner would have received a copy from the recording entity. C'mon, "harryt26" --- prove me wrong, I dare you. I won't be holding my breath in the meantime, however...
