After visiting your website, you make the following claim:
"Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC works with anyone battling fraud or misrepresentation within the timeshare industry by helping identify and assist in holding timeshare companies accountable to comply with the each states real estate commission laws. We assist you in communicating with your States Attorney General. Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC can assist you in the proper ways to cancel timeshare contracts due to being misinformed, misled, coerced, or lied to."
People do no have to pay you to get in touch with attorneys general to file a complaint .... they can do that themselves free of charge.
Also, you say you can "assist in the proper ways to cancel timeshare contracts due to being misinformed, mislead, coerced or lied to" .... the only thing legally binding concerning a timeshare purchase is what is WRITTEN in the CONTRACT not what was verbally said .... one cannot prove that they were lied to or coerced unless they tape recorded the presentation.
So, I am going to ask you how you can assist people that have supposedly been lied to? I will be waiting for your answer.
