They helped our family get out of our timeshare mess. It took them less than 4 months. Keep in mind that they don't do all the work for you. You'll be doing some of it (mail several letters which they prepare and a couple of phone calls). But we feel blessed that we came across them after much research. And trust me, there are alot of scams out there. I would say that they are really good at what they do. They have a solid team of professionals that really know the industry inside and out.
