My wife and I are considering a timeshare for our your family (kids 9 and 5), both for visits to the home unit and trade. I've noticed that Sheraton Vistana has a bunch of units available for very reasonable resale values. Why is that? Is Vistana not a good deal, even at low buy in cost, for trade value? Yes, we'd like to visit Orlando for the area attractions, but would likely attempt to trade some or most years to places like Colorado for skiing or elsewhere. Thoughts?
