Again, how much money did you have to pay upfront .... what exactly did they do for you .... if they helped you why would they care if you discussed the outcome on a timeshare forum since you wouldn't have to discuss the specifics or the name of the resort involved?

I agree with jayjay. They quoted me $2495 as an upfront fee with a 100% money back guarantee. But I am so skeptical. I actually got a divorce and my husband is responsible for the timeshare, but is not paying for it, so since my name is still on the timeshare loan, legally I am responsible. We bought the timeshare 3 months before he walked out on me and Have been begging Bluegreen ever since to buy it back. Of course at the time of the sale they said they would, but of course when it came time to deliver, they wouldn't. And they said they can't do anything and I"m stuck with it. I'm scared that for the rest of my life these maintenance fees are going to add up and I'm going to be stuck with it! I wish there was some real help out there.

And I'm not sure what a SHILL is but this jerredm sounds like what that is.
