That's a question only you can answer .... if you feel comfortable renting without an escrow service then do it, however if you're not comfortable renting without escrow, I wouldn't do it .... it may cost you more using escrow but it insures peace of mind, however the renter may not go along with escrow as they do not receive their rental fee until a few weeks after the rental.
