We signed up with them last April but I haven't been able to do anything about it until now. I fought Premier timeshare solutions and got my money back but it took me a couple months. Now, I'm working on icare. I am gathering my evidence that they are a scam first. I had my neighbor call and act like an interested buyer. She asked how she could search for properties on their website and the customer service rep said she didn't know the website well. Then, I "inquired" about a property in the area where my timeshare is to see if they will actually get back to me. I've filled out the form twice this week and still no call or email. I plan to call them out on it and then proceed with contacting my credit card company and requesting a charge back, filing complaints with the fl attorney generals office and the dept. of agriculture and consumer services, filing a police report and I plan to contact the local news agency there to see if they would pursue an investigative report. They did one on Premier Timeshare Solutions but that is in Palm Beach Fl and I think icare is in Ft. Lauderdale. Shannon Cake is the name of the reporter who investigated Premier. Good thing is I'm a teacher and will have all summer to be the biggest pita to these people. That's how I got my money back from Premier so we shall see.
