I have yet to see a reported sales percentage from ANY FL "upfront fee" reseller which states anything except "...less than 1/10 of 1%".
By my math, that means "LESS than one in a thousand" (and it probably actually means ZERO, without stating ZERO). If I had to openly admit that revealing fact of abysmal performance in writing (by law), I would want to move my operation somewhere else too! ;-)
Where will they hide if this idea ever becomes a FEDERAL law???
