Does anyone know anything about Divine Vacations, Inc? They said they have a qualified buyer for our Hawaii timeshare who has put 20% down and has a 725 credit score. I told him that I wanted to use our own title company and did not want to pay any upfront fees. He was fine with that. Said to be careful about selecting a title company and they had to deal with timeshares and be licensed and bonded in the 4 states involved. Otherwise, we would need to use their title company and the fee is $1999 (refundable). Is there any way around this?
