Paul and Steve work for SMTN. Customer Care is a joke, and these claims that they make are after you are lied to by a sales agent. I know, I used to work there. They preach this integrity spiel, and then tell you they will fire you if you don't perform, basically making sales agents lie, or lose their job. They currently have 4 lawsuits against them, and that's just from employees. If you have been burned by them, I would suggest a class action lawsuit. I notice Mr Tremblay came on here and just recycled statistics that mean nothing, and said little to prove they actually work.
