Otherwise goto http://www.broward.org/records/cri03300.htm then Click the Public search icon in the middle/upper Right of screen, click the acceptance, enter Chocholak for name and 03/17/2009 for the date range. you'll see 10 entries for 6 unique deeds from Chocholak to Johnson.

You'll also see that Johnson has the same address as the title company as well as Universal Marketing, the only difference being Fidelity title is in a different suite. Yeah, Fidelity title is not THE Fidelity, it is Fidelity First.
